Muslims and Christians in Yei River State have prayed and fasted for peace in the country.
Modo Rose Mary, chairperson for the Inter-church Committee says God will forgive people if they confess their sins, Radio Easter reports.
The Inter-church Committee Secretary-General, Fr Emmanuel Lodongo Sebit urges Christians and Muslims to continuously pray for love, wisdom, understanding and peace.
The prayer and fasting events were held at Christ the King Cathedral of Yei Catholic Diocese on Friday.
