Bishop Santo Loku Pio blames Christians for the killing of civilians as some people only believe in their blood brothers and sisters, Radio Bakhita reports.
He says every citizen is entitled to happiness and joy, but one cannot be happy at the expense of other.
People should not talk about peace when others are living in camps, says Bishop Loku.
He suggests that the weapons should be sold to bring more food in South Sudan because people are suffering from hunger.
There have been reports of insecurity on Juba-Nimule, Juba-Yei, Torit highways and other parts of the country.
