Many poor citizens could hardly afford to pay transport fare to Uganda, Hillary Luate, stresses, Radio Easter reports.
He says a transport fare for a big truck locally known as ‘tipper’ is costing over 45,000 South Sudanese Pounds.
The Bishop made the statements in a meeting between church leaders and UN delegation.
