Eugene Owusu warns that the crimes against gender based violence in 2013 and the recent conflict cannot be allowed.
 
Awut Deng Acuil, Minister of Gender, Child and Social Welfare says women are exposed to greater risk of sexual violence by warring parties.
 
The officials made the remarks during high level dialogue on the national action plan on UNHSCR on women, peace and security.
