Keep faith in God and never be taken away by materials things, Parish Priest of Sacred Heart of Jesus, Malual-bab in the Catholic Diocese of Rumbek, advises Christians on Monday.
Fr Henry Gidudu tells Christians to have deep faith like Job from whom everything were taken away, but still praised the Lord, Radio Good News reports.
The Priest says many people have abandoned the church today because of materials wealth.
He recommended loving God in time of joy or sorrow and that people should not fall apart when things are not working well on their sides.
The Priest was preaching during morning mass at Sacred Heart Malual-bab Parish of the Catholic Diocese of Rumbek.
