Western Lakes State Ministry of Education with partners on Monday begin two-day leadership training for head teachers, deputies and senior teachers of different schools in Rumbek Centre.
The exercise brought forty-five teachers in the town, says Alfred Agolder Mathok Director-General in the Ministry, Radio Good News reports.
He says the training will help teachers to practice good management in their various schools.
Daniel Chol Mayom, one of the facilitators notes that the training aims at strengthening teachers’ skills on management, supervision and inspection.
He adds that the workshop is also to introduce teachers to South Sudan curriculum as many of them do not know.
ACROSS and other education partners funded the two-day training.
