Radio Easter 94 FM of the Catholic Radio Network in Yei, the Voice of Truth and Life, has gone off air again due to technical problem.

The station says another thunder on Monday afternoon stroke during a heavy rain and spoilt the cable to the transmitter, Radio Easter reports.

As the rain started, the cable to the transmitter was disconnected to prevent damage from another strike.

From 2015 to September this year, the station was struck four times by the thunder.

Some previous strikes affected transmitters, computers and the internet facility.

Radio Easter was the only Radio station serving in Yei after its sister radios went off air as a result of either no fuel or some technical difficulties.

All the four radio stations which are now off in Yei include Easter, Liberty, Spirit and EPC.
