Rumbek National Secondary School is not opening soon in third term because of no money to pay part time teachers.

Head teacher Shad Rack Chol Don Grin told Radio Good News on Sunday that he travelled to Juba to solicit for funds to pay third term salary for part time teachers, but did not succeed.

He says the school needs 25 thousand South Sudanese Pounds every month to pay part time teachers.

Rumbek National School has only ten teachers for nearly 1,600 students and heavily relies on part time teachers.
