The commissioner of Yei River County on Wednesday assumed office after taking oath on Tuesday last week
During the ceremony, Bidali Cosmas Wori-Kojo believes that all changes that came at a hard time of crisis will be okay through the support of the community, Radio Easter reports.
Cooperation and togetherness will be very important in moving the county forward, he adds.
The commissioner expresses readiness to work together with the community to restore peace and stability in Yei River County.
On his part State Information Minister, Stephen Lodu Onesimo, who represented the Governor asks the new commissioner to address the issues affecting communities.
He also urges the commissioner to consult with the communities in order to deliver services according to the needs of the citizens.
The occasion brought together local chiefs, youth, church leaders and government officials.
