The national government pledged to work out a plan to remove illegal checkpoints to ease movement of UN Mission in South Sudan or UNMISS by the end of September.
Cabinet Minister Martin Elia Lomurö told Journalists on Sunday that the plan will enable UNMISS to carry out its activities smoothly to improve security in the country, Radio Bakhita reports.
He talked after a meeting between the government and the visiting members of the UN Security Council in Juba.
The minister said government has accepted the deployment of the regional force as approved by the Security Council and that modalities would be agreed to harmonize the process.
Dr Lomurö said the government is committed to cooperate in the establishment of the Hybrid Court.
He says the government is ready to implement the provision as stipulated in the peace deal.
Last week, UN Security Council called on the government to cooperate with AU in the establishment of the Court.
The peace agreement says the establishment of the Court will try those who committed atrocities in the country since 2013, to be held accountable.
