Eastern Equatoria Education authorities started the process of making prior arrangements to overcome post referendum challenges.
Ministry for Education, Science and Technology, Michael Lopuke Lotyam, told Radio Emmanuel in an interview that the sector does not want to encounter similar challenges after the referendum as it happened during last April’s elections.Mr. Lopuke said the schools will close from December 15 to January 15 and the ministry has to ensure that teaching resumes without any shortfall.
The minister said that schools should have enough food and scholastic materials to run normally after the referendum.
