Christian community of the Association of Members of Episcopal Conferences of East Africa or AMECEA have to pray for peace in South Sudan and the region, appeals SCBC Secretary-General.
Fr Jacob Odwa Paul calls on the region to ask for the situation in south Sudan to end for people to enjoy dividends of peace.
He encourages the people of South Sudan that the conflict will one day come to an end and Christians live in peace and generation forget what took place in 2013 and 2016.
The SCBC Secretary-General was talking to CRN on Friday while preparing to leave Juba for Lusaka, Zambia to join AMECEA secretaries in a meeting.
