The head teacher at the coaching centre for primary eight candidates in Kumbur Payam of Hieban County called on the leaders in the community to support learning.
Ajar Ali highlighted a number of challenges facing his school including lack of light for pupils to revise lessons at night, Radio Voice of Peace reported.
Ali explained that teachers are also facing the same problem of lack of light to prepare their work earlier before classes.
Leaders should not be over taken by effects of conflict and forget to support education of their children, said the head teacher.
The coaching centre has 137 pupils with only four teachers including the headmaster at the centre.
