Manyangok County Commissioner promised his community good security and relationships with neighbouring counties in Tonj and Gok State.

Bol Aruec Cinduok made the promise on Tuesday during his reception ceremony at the county office, Radio Don Bosco reported.

He told cattle keepers to stop raiding and embark on agriculture rather than bringing trouble to their families and communities.

He cautioned the raiders that all stolen cows in his absence will be returned to the rightful owners.

Commissioner Bol told the gathering that he will make the second disarmament because the first one did not satisfy him.

An ex-chief of Manyangok County Maker Ging-Piu told the community that they are ready to clean local roads linking Manyangok to Tonj headquarters and Gok State so that people can move with goods freely.
