NCP’s current political confrontations are a sign that the unity of the Sudan failed, a GoSS official said today.
The Undersecretary at GoSS ministry of Information and Broadcasting, George Garang Deng, told SCR News today that the NCP’s persistence to create chaos to Southerners shows that they have failed the unity of the Sudan.Mr. Deng said the NCP used threatening means to scare the people of southern Sudan and vote for unity.
The undersecretary added that NCP should regret to have failed to made unity attractive to the people of Southern Sudan.
Mr. Deng said the NCP should not expect GoSS president to go against the will of the southerners.
