Governor encourages citizens to persevere difficulties of economical crises

Tonj State Governor appealed to the citizens to persevere for few months before the harvest of the new food crops as many roads are closed due to insecurity.
 
Akec Tonj Aleu told Radio Don Bosco that most of the cases brought to him are about goods finishing in the markets.
 
The Governor admits that situation of the state is worsening than last year and that the available little food in Tonj should not be transported to other places leaving people starving.
 
Governor Tong pledges to try harder to bring goods so that people may have something to buy in the markets.
 
Last week Malith Market of Tonj was reported to have run out of goods in the shops and now all markets of Tonj town are without commodities.
 
20 tractors donated by the government have been utilized and are helping those cultivating.
 
This year the state population embarks on agriculture to rid the state of looming hunger.
