Charles Biden believes if someone recognizes his mistake and feels sorry about it, the person who is offended should forgive, forget and start a new life, Radio Anisa reported.
Another citizen, Victoria Charles, said if someone wronged her and asked for forgiveness, she would totally pardon the person from the bottom of her heart.
