Tonj South Commissioners vow to bring lasting peace

The four commissioners newly appointed in Tonj State promised to public that they will bring lasting peace in their counties.
 
They said peace is a top priority as their communities have been in conflict among themselves for couple of months, Don Bosco Radio reports.
 
Manyangngok Commissioner, Bol Aruec appealed to the citizens that fighting will hinder development.
 
Commissioner of Thiet County Akot Chuol told youth who are caring guns to surrender them to the government.
 
The state government has been disarming communities of Thony, Apuk Juwir, Yar and Muok since April.
