Tonj United Football Club defeated Tonj City eight to two goals in a friendly match at Freedom Square on Monday.
The Secretary-General of the sport in the state Longar Mawien appreciated the two teams for the good spirit in the friendly competition, Radio Don Bosco reports.
He encouraged Tonj City coach to make a daily practice to some players especially the defenders.
Mawien said friendly matches bring peace and unity among players and communities.
He announced that soon they are going organize training for referees and coaches in the state.
