‘A priest in Yei Catholic Diocese reminds South Sudanese people to build true peace by showing genuine forgiveness without keeping hidden threats of revenge.
Fr Emmanuel Lodongo Sebit says God cannot forgive South Sudanese, if citizens have not forgiven themselves first, Radio Easter reports.
He says if South Sudanese pray with reality and clean hearts, God will listen to them and bring the real peace.
Fr Lodongo urges South Sudanese to live together as one nation and avoid division.
He was giving his Sunday homily at Christ the King Cathedral.
