The Commissioner of Nagero County issued a local order directing all parents to send their children to school.
County Press Secretary, Alex Digi, reported that the order threatens that parents who will not send their children to school will face the court, Radio Anisa reported.
Digi reported that Commissioner Ballia Digido urged parents to build good relationships with their children while sending them to school.
He said the Commissioner noted that over two thousands children were identified in Nagero County not attending school.
The order is to promote education standard in the county, the Press Secretary added.
