It is only God who knows how the public University staff in South Sudan survives without salaries, says spokesperson.
Philip Finish Apollo says it is very difficult to stay for three months without money while goods in the markets keep increasing every day.
He hopes the authorities will respond to their request, especially on the issue of allowances before the end of fiscal year.
He recalls that the allowances approved last year, was supposed to be paid after every three months, but did not happen.
He regrets that once the fiscal year ends without receiving the allowance, staff will no longer claim for it.
The University staff is going to three months without salaries.
