Horasio Mateo discloses that the youth have decided to maintain Nambia Bridge out of their own initiative for the welfare of the community, Radio Anisa reports.
He reveals that the youth again have proposed to construct a health facility in the area.
The leader said the young people of Nambia have already collected stones and sand, but lack necessary support.
A youth member, Bangirie Kitoda, they promised not to sit idle seeing women suffering when going to the market while children miss going school due to bad roads.
The youth and citizens of Nambia One also contributed locally and built a church in the area, Justin William Paipai, Youth Chairperson reveals.
He urges other fellow youth to be patriotic and not to wait for government to do everything for them.
