County Commissioner of Kidepo encourages community of the Valley to fight the looming anger by embracing agriculture.

Claudio Opuanya, encourages community members to shun cultural beliefs that rainfall is manmade, Radio Emmanuel reports.

He says when rains fail to come people should not point fingers at human beings as the cause, but pray to God to bring enough rain for cultivation.

The commissioner calls on people who claim to be rain makers to refrain from the practice and stop diverting the attention of people from realities.

The commissioner was talking to participants during Boma Council training in Kidepo Valley last week.
