The Commissioner of Mangala says their border issue with Terekeka has been resolved.
Elario Paulo Fataki says the situation is back to normal, Radio Bakhita reports.
But Terekeka State Minister of Information James Modi Lomindi denied the report.
He says the border issue can be solved by President Salva Kiir Mayardit by forming committee to move to the grassroots for elders to discuss it.
Lomindi believes the border issue has been politicized.
The officials were speaking to Radio Bakhita in a telephone interview.
