Christians of Tii Bakaikpo ECSSS Sakure Parish on Sunday gathered to conduct fundraising prayer to build concrete church and buy materials in Nzara County.
Reverend Richard Mbikoyesu, the dean of Nzara Cathedral, appeals to Christians to offer gifts to God to please Him, Radio Anisa reports.
Organizing committee representative, Yoere Isaya Girisi says another purpose of making the prayer is to raise money for buying chairs, tables and sound system among others.
32,559 South Sudanese Pounds was collected during the fundraising prayer.
