Internally displaced persons or IDPs of the former Wau County at Isaac Stadium in Wau on Sunday complained about disorder of food distribution.

Radio Voice of Hope talked to some IDPs who accuse the organizers of giving food to their relatives leaving the affected people standing for hours in lines, Radio Voice of Hope reports.

The old age and children suffered sun heat and high temperature, while some women collapse.

The beneficiaries say the food they receive is not satisfactory.

They appeal to the authorities to provide security in the affected areas to allow them return home for cultivation.

The IDPs also requested the humanitarian agencies to assist them to restore their life in rural areas so as to cultivate rather than depending on food aid.

South Sudan Relief and Rehabilitation Commission representative could not be reached for comment.
