Imatong State Governor vows to end starvation

The governor of the newly created Imatong State has vowed to fight persistent food shortage that has affected the area greatly.
 
Governor Nartisio Manir Loluke upon arrival at Juba International Airport says his state has prioritized agriculture this year to end food shortage, Radio Bakhita reports.
 
Loluke says the start of the rain season will help farmers cultivate food crops throughout the state.
 
Loluke says he has come to Juba to summit Imatong State development policies to President Salva Kiir Mayardit.
