Otogo chief urges government to support rural schools

The Executive Chief of Ombaci Boma in Otogo Payam of Yei River County is urging the government and development partners to quickly respond to challenges faced by rural schools.
 
Abui Hillary tells Radio Easter that pupils in some rural schools learn under trees and often get interrupted when rain falls.
 
Many teachers in the payam are not trained, he adds.
 
Chief Abui also complains of lack of clean drinking water in the area.
 
He protests over poor condition of roads in the area.
