The South Sudan football tournament has delayed due to more duties, says the Chairman of the Local Football Association in Tonj South County.
Valentino Machar Ater says preparation is underway for the competition, Radio Don Bosco reports.
He adds that Coaches currently undergoing training will be awarded certificates.
Any misbehaviour towards a referee is punishable, he warns.
‘Those who throw soil in the air because of a score will not play for two years’, the chairman cautions.
He urges the youth to take sports seriously to realize peace in the country.
Last month, some of the matches started well, but did not end in peace.
