The chairlady of the newly created Tore County in Yei River State warns the schoolchildren against immoral dressing.

Speaking to a congregation at Mary Immaculate Parish, Susan Minalah says wearing short skirts and pulling down of trousers is not tolerable, Radio Easter reports.

The chairlady also adds that a bylaw has been put in place to stop pupils and students from accessing phones.

She says phones are the main causes of early pregnancies among teenagers.

Minalah advises the youth to become responsible citizens.

The chair lady says they will fight hard to help the youth to grow responsibly.
