The countrywide economic crisis has driven some women in Yambio to produce local brew out of ripe mango fruits for sale to earn their living.
Ludia Yepeta, a resident of Napere area in Yambio says women cannot sit lazily without thinking critically for their lives, Radio Anisa reports.
She urges fellow women to feel proud of any work that can bring income to sustain them and their children.
Another woman Rose Gamboripai says the local mango brew she produced helps to buy food and pay school fees for two children.
The local brew branded as ‘Amungura’ in Zande does not require any money for buying some ingredients like sugar.
Women, be creative in doing anything that sustains life, Christine Ngbazande, the Gbudue State Women General Union Chairlady urges.
Physicians are yet to comment about the Azande newly invented beer from mango fruits.
