Vice President James Wani Igga is expected to launch the five-year strategic plan for Yei River County today, Thursday.
Governor David Lokonga will receive Vice President Wani at Yei airstrip on Thursday morning, says Stephen Lado Onesimo, Yei River State Minister of Information, Radio Easter reports.
Yei River County Commissioner, Samuel Henry Malimbo calls on citizens to turn up in large numbers to welcome Vice President Wani Igga.
He says the Vice President will be accompanied with representatives from organizations and other top government officials.
The officials were speaking to journalists on Wednesday evening.
