WOMEN AND SCHOOL CHILDREN JOIN YOUTH FOR SECESSION

Women and school children today joined the southern Sudan youth for separation in a march that attracted thousands of people in Juba town.

SCR reporter talked to Gesma John, a student from Juba Girls Secondary school. Said she came for the rally to support the secession of the south from the north.

Speaking during the same occasion Kuer Deng Kuer said the occasion is important because he and many citizens in Juba and across southern Sudan want separation of the country.

Chief Denis Dormalo congratulated the youth for the initiative and called upon the people of southern Sudan to vote for a sovereign state of their own.

This is the fourth time that the southern Sudan youth for separation carried out the march that called for independence of southern Sudan from the north.
