A Central Equatoria mobile team issuing nationality cards in Yei River County ran short of birth certificates this morning leaving people in a dilemma.
Speaking to Radio Easter one of the people who missed to get the birth certificate said they were told to leave.
He added that they spent the night in the verandas of Yei Civil hospital because they came from far distances of Lasu, Otogo and Tore payams.
The mobile nationality card team arrived in Yei last week on Wednesday and is expected to finish issuing cards in early October.
