The case hearing for Norwegian Peoples Aid or NPA and its twelve terminated staff was adjourned to Friday.
The first hearing on March 10 failed due to absence of the defense lawyer for the terminated staff, Radio Easter reports.
But this time around, NPA lawyer is absent.
One of the complainants, Abraham Agok Chan, says they have also amended their demand.
Efforts to reach NPA staff for comments failed.
The twelve dismissed staffs were working for Yei Vocational Skills Training Center, which is funded by NPA.
In February last month, the former staffs submitted their complaint to Yei High Court demanding NPA to pay them six months benefits or reinstate them in to work.
