The National Legislative Assembly is mourning Professor Bari Wanji as one of their former most instrumental member, says the Chairperson of Information Committee.
Oliver Mori Benjamin says Professor Wanji was one of the most influential Chairpersons of the Committee of Economy and Finance in the Parliament before South Sudan’s independence.
His body should be brought to the Augus House for final viewing as an honour by Members of Parliament before being transported for burial, Mori says.
Professor Wanji represented Western Bahr El Ghazal State in the National Legislative Assembly.
