Archbishop Lukudu urges South Sudan leaders to act now and bring peace

Archbishop of the Catholic Archdiocese of Juba upon arrival from the Vatican on Wednesday urges leaders in the country to act now and bring peace to the people.
 
Paolino Lukudu Loro says President Salva Kiir and Dr Riek Machar must make a decision to end the current suffering in the country.
 
He calls on South Sudan leaders to speed up implementing the peace agreement.
 
He says the leaders must take a decision and solve their differences as soon as possible.
 
Archbishop Lukudu says the Vatican stands in solidarity with South Sudan and wants to see lasting peace in the country.
 
Archbishop Lukudu adds that he intends to meet the country’s leadership to give a massage from the leadership of the Catholic Church.
 
Archbishop Lukudu returned to Juba today after spending two months in the Rome, Italy.
