The Union of Journalists of South Sudan or UJOSS and Internews are training media practitioners on conflict sensitive reporting.

UJOSS Secretary-General Edward Lodu Terso Loku tells journalists to use their work to bring good governance, security and respect of human rights, Radio Bakhita reports.

He says Journalists can have safety in their work if they perform duties professionally.

Tighten the rules of the game to avoid appearing irrelevant, Lodu Terso tells Journalists.

He adds it is necessary to have relevant skills to report issues in the country within given circumstances.

The Secretary-General was addressing Journalists’ three-day training in Juba on Tuesday.
