The national staff of Kenya Commercial Bank or KCB South Sudan Limited vow not to resume work until their demands are met.
The strike has now entered its fourth day, without agreement reached between the management and the staff who are asking for 600 percent pay increment, Radio Bakhita reports.
Angalapa James, the Deputy Chairperson of the KCB National Staff Association, says the staffs will continue striking until their requests are met.
He accuses the Bank’s management of declining to negotiate the workers’ demands.
The strike declared by the national staff of KCB affected the Bank’s operation throughout the country.
