He says the funding from Girls Education South Sudan, GESS is enough to cater for registration fees.
Taban advises against enrolling many learners in school leading to overcrowding.
He calls on parents and teachers to decide on what amount should be contributed for school development fund.
Anonymous parents complain that some schools are registering learners with 10 and 20 South Sudanese Pounds.
