The visit of the Catholic Bishops of South Sudan and Sudan to Rome, Italy strengthened the unity between the Vatican and the local Church, Apostolic Administrator of Torit reveals.
Monsignor Thomas Oliha says it was a grace for the Church in Sudan and South Sudan to meet at the Vatican, Radio Bakhita reports.
He urges the believers to pray for their bishops to strengthen them in the missions.
Monsignor Oliha appeals to seminarians and priests to emulate the bishops as pastoral shepherds.
The Apostolic Administrator made the remarks upon arrival to Juba from Rome.
