The only solution for citizens to coexist in peace is to accept that everybody has the right to basic needs and life, said the Initiative of Peace Commission Association or IPCA Executive Director.

Joseph Edward said all citizens should embrace the right to live, education, food and health to have peace and unity, Radio Easter reported.

Intermarriage among communities can lead to peaceful coexistence, Edward stressed.

He emphasized the need to explore different ways of tirelessly working and coexisting in peace.

He was talking to Radio Easter by phone on Saturday.
