South Sudan needs to rebuild trust, says activist

It is a right time for South Sudanese to start building trust and confidence among themselves if they have to live in peace, says a civil society activist.
 
Stephen Robo of CEPO in Wau, says ‘this trust building should start from within us, then family and community’, Radio Voice of Hope reports.
 
He was talking to civil society group in a roundtable discussion at the Civic Engagement Center in Wau.
 
The group agreed to come up with programs that will help societies; families and government build trust among its members.
 
Robo says communities; families in South Sudan have lost trust due to the conflict.
 
The civil societies agreed to develop topics aimed at restoring trust and confidence which they believe will make reconciliation more attractive.
