Kimotong-Camp-15 road attack leaves two people dead

At least two people are confirmed dead following an attack along Kimotong-Camp-15 road, Napak Administrative area in Eastern Equatoria State.
 
Okweno David, a victim of the attack admitted to Torit Referral Hospital says the incident happened at 7:30 Am last Tuesday, Radio Emmanuel reports.
 
Okweno and his colleagues were aboard a lorry when attacked.
 
They could not identify the attackers.
 
Torit hospital medical director, John Isaac Tartisio says they recorded three cases of injuries with one dead.
 
He says two of the survivors are receiving treatment.
 
Cement Lopeyok, a resident of Kimotong says one dead victim of the attack was taken for burial in his ancestral home of Budi.
 
Meanwhile another one was taken to Magwi County for burial, he says.

At least seven people died and others injured in two separate attacks earlier this month along Torit-Kapoeta Highway.
