The existence of many unregulated roadblocks along roads in South Sudan is failing business development, says the Chamber of Commerce in Yei Municipality.
Chamber’s Deputy Chairperson Taban Jacob says Yei-Juba and Kaya roads have many exempted road blocks collecting money from drivers and business persons, Radio Easter reports.
He complains that diminishing profit and continuous charging of business people lead to collapse of businesses.
Jacob was speaking in Yei during a public rally.
