South Sudanese ‘are not sure of their future and still live in fear’, says Bishop of the Episcopal Church of South Sudan and Sudan in Yei.

High way insecurity and conflict has made life difficult, Bishop Hillary Luate Adeba told a public rally on Tuesday, Radio Easter reports.

According to him, insecurity on roads and conflict has increased fear in citizens to carry out developmental activities and trade.

South Sudanese are capable of stopping the war by accepting the mistakes committed, Bishop Hillary says.

He encourages them to keep the hope, embrace love, unity and reconciliation to have a lasting peace in the nation.

South Sudan’s warring parties signed the Peace Agreement in August this year to end two years of conflict.

Both parties blame each other on attacks which violate the agreement.
