The Ministry of Housing developed a master plan to design and construct a new city called Rhino, that will give south Sudan a new look and attract development.
Daniel Wani, undersecretary in the GoSS Ministry of Housing, pointed out today that the current Juba, which has no town planning, is meaning-less and life-less.
Dr. Wani noted that the ministry has been given land for development in all the ten state capitals of south Sudan. Each city will have a different name and attract investors.
Dr. Wani disclosed this information during the weekly press briefing that takes place every Tuesday at the GoSS ministry of Information.
