The undersecretary in the Ministry of Information says South Sudan security staff needs more training to know their operation limit.
Justine Aleer Demayen believes training will make the security agents perfect in work.
He says harassment of journalists in South Sudan is not authorized by any law.
It is the duty of police to file a case against any arrested person for the law to take its course, Aleer explains.
