Lack of laws to protect forests in South Sudan makes it difficult to fight illegal cutting of trees, says the Director-General in the National Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
 
Timothy Thwol Onak says the Ministry currently has no laws to punish criminals, Radio Bakhita reports.
